Product Features
- LT-100® panels have a 1" high batten. It is available in 24 gauge steel and .032 aluminum with 12, 16 or 18 inch coverage.
- HT-150® panels have a 1 1/2" high batten. It is available in 24 gauge steel and .032 aluminum with 11, 15 or 17 inch coverage.
- Precision leveled in line with state-of-the art Herr/Voss equipment to significantly reduce the effects of oil canning in flat pan panels.
- All panels can be produced with or without striations. Striations help to reduce the effects of oil canning.
- Custom cut to the inch in lengths from four (4) to forty (40) feet.
- For panels over forty (40) feet in length, please call.Service.
- A full line of standard or custom trim items are available in matching or contrasting colors.
Colors
LT-100® and HT-150® panels are available in all of our unique COLOR LOC® Kynar 500®/Hylar 5000® painted 24gauge steel and selected aluminum paint colors.

Architectural trim installation manual
- LT-100® and HT-150® panels are water shedding panels and must be installed over solid decking with a minimum of 30 pound felt applied.
- Recommended minimum slope is 2 1/2" in 12 inches.
- Consult your Architect or Engineer for local building codes and/or restrictions.
- Oil canning is not considered a cause for rejecting the panels.
Radius Panels
- LT-100® can be produced in both; concave or convex directions. A water proof membrane must be used to achieve water tightness.
